EAGAN, MN — The Enclos Family of Companies is pleased to announce a series of strategic leadership transitions to support continued growth and innovation in the facade industry. These changes reflect Enclos’ dedication to excellence, adaptability, and the delivery of custom enclosure solutions for complex building projects.
Adam Peine has been named Division President for Enclos East Operations. With 25 years of experience in the facade industry, all with Enclos, Adam’s career has been defined by his rise through the ranks from project coordinator to overseeing several of the firm’s most significant projects, including the Australian Embassy, 220 Central Park South and Hudson Yards Towers A and C. Adam now leads pre-construction, estimating, and operations for the Eastern Region.
Mike Coulter has been appointed Division President for Enclos West Operations. With 30 years of industry experience, 28 of those with Enclos, Mike brings deep expertise to the position. He has successfully managed major projects in the firms portfolio such as the San Diego Airport Terminal 1 Renovation, Resorts World and Allegiant Stadium. Mike now leads pre-construction, estimating, and operations for the Western Region.
Dan Green, a cornerstone of Enclos for 40 years, is retiring from overseeing Enclos West Operations. Over a remarkable 43-year career in the curtainwall industry, Dan has played an instrumental role in the delivery of iconic projects such as the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art expansion, L.A. Live Tower & Residences, Orange County Performing Arts Center, and San Francisco International Airport’s International Terminal. To ensure a seamless handoff of responsibilities, Dan will remain in a transition role through the end of 2025.
“These transitions mark an exciting new chapter for the Enclos Family of Companies,” said Steve Danke, CEO. “Adam and Mike bring unparalleled experience and a commitment to excellence that will strengthen our operations and ensure our continued leadership in the facade industry.
