Steve Danke | President
Since 1989, Steve Danke has been with Enclos, serving in operations on landmark projects such as MGM City Center: Aria Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas before moving into management of the firm’s preconstruction estimating and engineering in the western region. In his current role since 2015, Steve is responsible for the firm’s sales and pre-construction activities across the United States.

Adam Peine | Executive VP, Operations – East
With over two decades with Enclos, Adam Peine quickly ascended the project management ranks leading him into his current role in 2015. He has overseen monumental projects and teams along the east coast – from Florida up through New York and into Boston – and throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining Enclos, Adam spent six years serving in the United States Army.

Dan Green | Executive VP, Operations – West
With over four decades of industry experience, Dan Green started his career with HH Robertson and eventually landed in their custom curtain wall division, Cupples. Since joining Enclos in 1985, Dan has been a mainstay of project management leadership in the Greater Southern California market. He has overseen monumental projects and teams in Southern and Northern California. Dan is responsible for operational oversight to the West Region in his current role.

John Jeske | Executive VP, Legal, Engineering, and IT
Since 2008, John Jeske has served as in-house counsel for Enclos. In 2015, he was promoted to his current position, increasing his scope of oversight to include Legal, Human Resources and Production Engineering. Before joining Enclos, John spent five years working at the law firm, Faegre & Benson.

Mike Padgett | Executive VP, Field Operations
With curtainwall industry experience dating back to 1984 – three decades plus at Enclos – Mike Padgett possesses a wealth of field and safety knowledge. Initially introduced to the industry during his time as a journeyman ironworker with Local 433 in Los Angeles. In his current position since 2015, Mike is responsible for the oversight of Field Operations for all projects across the United States.

Kara Schriner | Executive VP, Finance
Since 2014, Kara Schriner has been with Enclos, initially serving as a Sr. Financial Analyst before expanding into oversight for the firm’s finance department. She has been instrumental in bolstering the security of transactions and streamlining corporate processes. In her current role since 2020, Kara has been responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and financial forecasting of the company.
