Two Bay Area Projects Recognized by ENR California

ENR California’s Best Projects competition recently acknowledged Chase Center and New Stanford Hospital as award winners from a submission field of more than 100 entries. Chase Center was recognized as Project of the Year for Northern California, Best Project – Sports/Entertainment, and the Excellence in Safety Award.  New Stanford Hospital took home the award for Best Project in the Health Care category.

ENR Southwest’s Specialty Contractor of the Year

ENR Southwest has named Enclos Corp. its 2020 Specialty Contractor of the Year for its steady regional growth and many achievements. Recently completed Allegiant Stadium, and prominent projects under construction in Resorts World Las Vegas and Circa, have been integral to success in the region. The Resorts World enclosure is one of the largest executed by Enclos, encompassing over 1,203,000 square feet of unitized curtainwall.

Episode 9 focuses on the importance of communication, including the technological approaches taken by Enclos’ shop and field teams to successfully deliver the sleek, black glass, unitized curtainwall.

Chase Center Wins Autodesk’s AEC Excellence Award

Chase Center is the winner of Autodesk’s AEC Excellence Award in the Construction – Large Project category. In the award brief, the project team is commended for its integration of innovative technology, most notably the concurrent use of a 3D and 4D approach to building information modeling during the preconstruction phase. The master model served as the nexus for all trade partners, including the Advanced Technology Studio of Enclos and the development of the signature facade.
