ENR California’s Best Projects competition recently acknowledged Chase Center and New Stanford Hospital as award winners from a submission field of more than 100 entries.

Chase Center was recognized with several awards, including Project of the Year (Northern California), Excellence in Safety Award, and Best Project in the Sports/Entertainment category. The judges noted the project’s safety performance under a demanding schedule. Additionally, the facade is recognized “among the most intricate of the Chase Center’s design elements,” with 5,500 white aluminum panels, mounted on 950 steel mega-panels at approximately 24´ x each.

New Stanford Hospital received Best Project in the Health Care category and was also a Project of the Year Finalist. The pressurized box-window double-skin facade provides daylight, thermal and acoustic comfort, and magnificent views from each patient room, which reside within one of the project’s signature design elements: the “floating glass cubes.”

Enclos is proud to have collaborated with the talented project teams of these exceptional facilities.
