Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate

The partnership creating one of Las Vegas’ most striking towers represents more than a mere collaboration between the third largest timeshare company in the world and an iconic gaming resort. Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate is the tallest timeshare building in the world, and the first vacation ownership destination fully integrated with a major resort and casino. The tower includes one and four-bedroom floor plans for the timeshare sectors. The top five floors house 32 penthouses that range from 4,000 to 12,000 square feet. The 46th floor includes an exclusive penthouse pool, while the second level adds a tropical themed pool with sandy beaches and private cabanas.

The custom curtainwall system developed by Enclos for the Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate incorporates floor-to-ceiling glass, providing stunning views of Las Vegas’ sea of lights by night and the surrounding mountain desert by day. Enclos brought the efficient economics of its global supply chain to the table, saving significant money for the client by having key labor-intensive fabrication activities completed at a partner-vendor facility in Thailand. The fabricated pieces were shipped to an assembly plant in the US, where units spanning two floors were assembled. This double-span design served to accelerate installation of the 50-story towers, resulting in further savings to the client.
