In early 2000, Nortel Networks sought out to realize its goal of expanding and consolidating its Silicon Valley operations in a new campus in Santa Clara. This lead to the construction of a $142 million campus consisting of two six-story office buildings totaling 617,000 square feet, two five-story parking garages totaling 638,000 square feet, and a 19,000 square feet combination cafeteria/auditorium building.
Enclos worked with DPR Construction and the design team to deliver the buildings’ enclosure systems. 2002 marked the project’s completion.
Avaya currently occupies the facilities.
