Miami Green, a 13-story office tower near Coral Gable, is one of the first office buildings in Florida to have achieved LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Seminal Green Building for Miami
The Class A office building contains nearly 116,000 square feet of space with floor-to-ceiling glazing and 12´ ceilings that offer a column-free workspace. The L-shaped structure, designed by Behar Font & Partners, uses environmentally preferable building materials and waste reduction to support its environmental sensibilities.
Under a design build contract, Enclos provided 40,000 sqft of total facade including custom curtainwall and strip window systems, each having passed Miami Dade County’s stringent NOAs.
