Louis Vuitton Newport Beach Fashion Island

Neiman Marcus is home to the new Louis Vuitton boutique at Fashion Island in Orange County, CA. The high-end boutique opened its doors in December 2014 and offers an array of accessories and coveted leather goods. The Louis Vuitton boutique is an expansion to the department store, is approximately 3,600 square feet, and has a separate entrance.

Panel fabrication was by Neil Feay Company in Santa Barbara, as specified by the client. Enclos procured 1150 square feet of panels directly from Neil Feay. The aluminum panels were individually milled from extruded aluminum sheets with a tongue and groove edge detail. The milled panels were anodized and then screen printed to accentuate the Louis Vuitton insignia. Enclos fabricated and installed stainless steel window surrounds. This particular storefront scope served as a retail trial project; it is significantly smaller than the scale of most Enclos projects.

Fashion Island caters to world-class department stores and specialty shops. Louis Vuitton’s new boutique will be a fitting addition to its upscale shopping experience.
