Lincoln Square Expansion: North Tower

Enclos helped deliver one of the most ambitious projects in Bellevue, Washington in recent years – Two Lincoln Tower. Alongside HKS Architects, Enclos returns to Lincoln Square which has already established a name for itself. The Lincoln Square Expansion project holds the record for the largest continuous concrete mat pour in the state of Washington. Standing at 41-stories high, the tower is part of the Kemper Development Company’s Bellevue Collection. It consists of a premier office tower, a 245 guestroom W Hotel, and 231 luxury residences. Other amenities include space for retail, dining, and entertainment.

The glazed unitized curtainwall facade expands 250,000 square feet and features a full-height 13˝ deep accent fins on the hotel portion of the building. Amenity spaces feature a Nanawall system allowing for flexible ventilation options. Units for the tower were shipped in steel bunks via ocean freight to the job site. The job site was tight and congested which caused deliveries to be backed-in for several hundred feet. Each unit was set using a floor crane which reduced the mobilization and minimized impacts on other trades.

The tower was completed in spring 2017 and has attained LEED Gold certification.
