Gannett / USA Today Headquarters

With the goal of balancing the tenant’s dual personalities of newspaper mogul and holding company, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates designed a two towered structure bridged by a podium and terraces to house more than 1,700 employees. The site rests upon 25 acres and houses editorial, administrative and production facilities for USA Today, USA Weekend, Baseball Weekly and Gannett News Service, in addition to other amenities.

Enclos shop-assembled and glazed curtainwall units in Washington, D.C. The 4,500 units were then shipped to the construction site via a fleet of flatbed trailers equipped with custom steel racking fixtures.
