Wednesday, August 8, 2018

The Hudson Yards development in Manhattan, New York has yet again reached another milestone. 30 Hudson Yards officially topped out with the final steel beam placed upon the tower’s crown early on July 17th, rising to its final height of 1,296´. The new high-rise is one of many developments underway at Hudson Yards and will be the second tallest office building in New York. It will also be home to the highest observation deck in the Western Hemisphere providing panoramic views of New York.

The Hudson Yards site has an opening date scheduled in 2019, while the observation deck will follow in 2020. Enclos completed the design, fabrication/assembly, and installation of the curtainwall system on 10 Hudson Yards and continues to finalize installation of 30 Hudson Yards.
