Phase 1A of Columbia’s Manhattanville’s campus was announced Project of the Year by the Women Builders Council. The project achieved excellent Minority-Women and Local Owned Business Enterprise performance at 31%, with women-owned businesses represented at 12% throughout the project. Phase 1A included the Jerome L. Greene Science Center, Lenfest Center for the Arts and Central Energy Plant.  Enclos worked alongside Renzo Piano Building Workshop on The Jerome L. Greene Science Center. It is the largest academic science building in New York City and was the first building to be completed on the Manhattanville campus.

The Jerome L. Greene Science Center includes 175,988 square feet of building skin and features six different wall types. Enclos completed curtainwall installation on the building back in 2016. Since completion, it has been the recipient of a handful of recognitions including its LEED Platinum certification status.
