EAGAN, MN — The Enclos Family of Companies is proud to announce Nicole Brakstad as its new Vice President and General Counsel. An experienced attorney, Nicole will lead legal strategies for Enclos Corp, Enclos Tensile Structures (ETS) and Coalition Glass.

Nicole will play a vital role in sustaining each business unit’s strategic success.”
Nicole brings more than 18 years of experience advising companies in the construction and government contracting industries. Prior to joining the Enclos Family of Companies, Nicole worked as in-house counsel for Mortenson, one of the largest general contractors in the United States. She has a proven track record of advising management on a diverse range of matters, and delivering legal strategies for construction projects, contract negotiation, disputes, IP, compliance, and risk management. Before working as corporate counsel, she was a partner in private practice representing government contractors and owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and sureties throughout all phases of public and private construction projects.
Nicole graduated from the University of Virginia and earned her Juris Doctor as a John Marshall Scholar from the University of Richmond School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the states of Minnesota and Virginia.
