System Administrator

Position Overview

As a System Administrator you will be charged with the responsibility of installing, supporting, and maintaining the Window server infrastructure based on the company's IT requirements. This position will be required to support the company's business entities including Enclos, ETS and Coalition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install, support, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure both on premises and hosted in Azure.
  • Administer Office 365 Environment with an emphasis on Teams
  • Manage Active Directory / Azure AD Hybrid Environment
  • Support Meraki / Cisco based network
  • Write and maintain technical documentation as needed
  • Remain knowledgeable of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements
  • Maintain and monitor functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications
  • Assist desktop support group when needed
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
  • Highly self-motivated, excellent attention to detail, sound reasoning and able to thoroughly investigate situations or issues to get appropriate information for effective problem resolution.


  • Two year vocational/technical certificate in computer studies. Equivalent of computer support experience may substitute for certificate.
  • Knowledgeable in computer repair and configuration
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience supporting Windows Server infrastructure
  • Previous experience with Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Previous experience with Azure AD and MFA Administration
  • Previous experience working with PowerShell scripting
  • Previous experience working with DHCP, DNS, VLANS, VPN and similar network technologies
  • Working knowledge of RDS and Remote App deployments
  • Working knowledge of Hyper-V and Windows Clustering
  • SQL Admin experience a plus
  • AWS experience a plus

The employee has constant requirement of specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus. They must frequently wear eye protection industry standard safety equipment is provided by the company and specific notice is posted in areas where safety equipment is required.
