Vice President of Global Sourcing | Justin Yen
Since joining Enclos in 2012, Yen has been integral to the preconstruction pursuits of monumental projects throughout the United States, including Allegiant Stadium and Resorts World Las Vegas. Justin has worked in the glazing industry since 2000. In his current position since 2017, Yen coordinates global procurement, working closely with Enclos’ extensive network of material suppliers and fabricators.
Vice President of Preconstruction | John Wolf
Since joining Enclos in 2012, Wolf worked as an operations lead on 30 Hudson Yards before being charged with leading preconstruction efforts for the east region in 2015. He has nearly four decades of experience in the curtainwall industry working to secure custom facade scopes on monumental, large-scale architectural projects.
Vice President of Operations | Chris Merkel
Chris’ professional experience spans 40 years in the curtainwall industry, including 25 years with Enclos. He began his career with Enclos in 1996 as a senior project manager responsible for the management of the project from contract award to close-out, then subsequently moved into the role of operations manager. In his current position since 2016, Merkel is responsible for operational oversight of all projects in the northeastern United States.
Vice President of Operations | Chris Fiato
Fiato has been with Enclos since 1989, serving in project management roles on prestigious projects like the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Janelia Farms Research Campus. He became a successful manager and leader, which led him to his current role as vice president, supervising the management staff of many significant projects, including the National Museum of African American History and Culture. Chris oversees all aspects of delivering curtainwall and exterior cladding systems for projects through the Mid-Atlantic region.
Vice President of Operations | Kyle McQuitty
Kyle’s professional experience spans over 36 years in the curtainwall industry, with over two decades of that time with Enclos. He began his career with Enclos as a senior project manager responsible for large projects. McQuitty ascended into his current role as Vice President, where he provides oversight to multiple projects, including 53W53 (aka NYMoMA Tower). Kyle is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corp.
Executive Vice President, Operations – East | Adam Peine
With over two decades with Enclos, Peine quickly ascended the project management ranks leading him into his current role in 2015. He has overseen monumental projects and teams along the east coast – from Florida up through New York and into Boston – and throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining Enclos, Peine spent six years serving in the United States Army.
Vice President of Preconstruction | Justin Russell
Since joining Enclos in 2014, Russell has been integral in successfully delivering monumental, custom facades including the Chase Center Arena and Office Towers. Justin grew up in the glazing industry and worked in field and project management roles for several small to midsize firms. In his current position since 2017, Russell oversees all preconstruction services for the West Region and Hawaii.
Vice President of Operations | Mike Coulter
Mike holds over three decades of experience in the glass and glazing industry. He began his career at Harmon Contract Glazing, then moved to the national general contractor Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Since joining Enclos in 1998, Coulter has been integral to operations in the southwest, quickly ascending into a leadership role that includes oversight of Allegiant Stadium and Resorts World Las Vegas.
Vice President of Operations | Kevin Gross
Kevin’s professional experience spans over 40 years in the glass and glazing industry, 35 of those with Enclos. Notable projects under his direction include The Spheres at Amazon, Chase Center, and UCSF -Mission Bay. In his current role, Kevin’s responsibilities include overseeing the management staff of many significant projects and general oversight of projects in the northern California and northwest regions.
Executive Vice President, Operations – West | Dan Green
With over four decades of industry experience, Green started his career with HH Robertson and eventually landed in their custom curtain wall division, Cupples. Since joining Enclos in 1985, Green has been a mainstay of project management leadership in the Greater Southern California market. He has overseen monumental projects and teams in Southern and Northern California. Green is responsible for operational oversight to the West Region in his current role.
